I provide a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and we create a clear plan, then review and complete the listing documents.

3. Prepare Your Home
We get your home ready to impress—decluttering, staging guidance, and final touch-ups before launch.

4. Bring Your Home to Market
Your home goes live with suite of professional marketing and maximum exposure across MLS® and online platforms.

5. Showings & Buyer Feedback
Showings are coordinated to work with your schedule, and I collect feedback in real time to guide next steps.

6. Review & Accept an Offer
We review offers (one or multiple), compare terms, and negotiate strategically to secure the best outcome.

7. Due Diligence & Condition Removal
The buyer completes their conditions (financing, inspection, etc.), and once removed the sale becomes firm.

8. Prepare for Completion & Move-Out
You meet with your lawyer/notary to finalize paperwork, plan your move, and get ready for possession day!
